You are a walking paradox.
You have parts that want love and parts that want space, parts that strive for success and parts that self-sabotage. Many of us spend our lives trying to silence one side, thinking we'll finally feel at peace when we "align with" the “right” side.
But what if peace comes from allowing opposing parts of you to co-exist?
In this 6-week women’s group program, my dear friend and mentor Stefi Preiss and I will gradually build up to teaching you an exercise called Polarity Work, a life-changing practice of meeting your inner opposites with compassion and curiosity. Whether it’s the nice girl vs. the bitch, the achiever vs. the mess, the one who wants to run vs. the one who wants to stay—you’ll learn how to dialogue with your internal parts instead of letting them unconsciously drive your life.
We’ll meet weekly via Zoom, and you’ll be paired with a study group for ongoing integration and support.
This space is for women ready to reclaim every part of themselves—not by fixing, but by listening.
From ambivalence to congruence.
From wishy-washy-ness to integrity.
From wavering in your opposing truths to unapologetically solid in who you are.
What you will learn
This course is a deep dive into the inner terrains of your "split personalities" using Polarity Work (a practice developed by Christian Meyer), an exercise that helps you explore and integrate opposing parts of yourself—similar to what Carl Jung might call shadow work-- through dialogue and embodiment.
You will learn how to:
- Identify and name the opposing aspects of yourself that cause internal conflict
- Use structured inner dialogues (guided and witnessed by your peers in the group) to bring clarity, harmony, and relief
- Release judgment and uncover the gifts in your rejected parts
- Deepen your compassion for others by owning what you deny in yourself
- Rewire your relationship patterns by addressing the inner dynamics that play out externally

Stefi Preiss
Stefanie (Stefi) Preiss began her journey in the field of solar physics, but a life-altering event—the unexpected death of her boyfriend—led her to seek deeper meaning, truth, and inner fulfillment. This turning point sparked a profound spiritual quest that eventually brought her to India, where she immersed herself in meditation and inner work, ultimately awakening to her true nature.
Since 2011, Stefi has been guiding others on the path of meditation, healing, and spiritual freedom. Her work is deeply rooted in presence, truth, and transformation, and in recent years, the archetype of the shaman and healer has emerged more fully through her offerings.
Stefi shares her work in various formats and settings, primarily from her home—an organic farm and meditation center nestled in the Austrian countryside. She draws inspiration from many spiritual lineages, with her most influential teachers being Osho, Christian Meyer, Mooji, Mother Earth, and the master plants.
