Hi! I'm Natalie.
I'm a relationship anxiety coach and meditation teacher teaching mindfulness in partnership. I know what it's like to have one foot out the door wondering if I've missed out -- and am so thankful I made my decision to grow within partnership. In this 7-day series, I hope to give you tools to relax in your decisions, have a more realistic view of relationships, and feel gratitude for what you have without sacrificing your desires for more.
What to expect:
Each day for 7 days, I will have a short 10-15-minute video or audio message for you and a task to complete for the day. Some will be fun, some enlightening, and some deeply healing. It is my hope you will take these skills into your daily life.
