The Course

Without a reference point to a spacious place inside of ourselves, our lives and relationships will be incessantly ruled by overthinking, fear, indecision, "one foot out the door," and old, faulty belief systems and programming.

Intuition is easy to access when our hearts are open, bodies are soft, and minds are quiet.

In this 6-week group course, I will be teaching a practice that transformed my life and relationships by helping me process my emotions, see and break free from old patterning, and tap into the realm of Self.

We will meet once a week via Zoom and you will be assigned a study group to be in touch with throughout the week to help you integrate the principles.

At the moment, this course is only open to women. I don't at the moment have enough demand for a mens' group.

What you will learn

This course is a deep dive into the practice of Consciousness Exercise, which was a mindfulness technique taught to me by my teacher Stefi Preiss (originating from Christian Meyer). It completely changed my life and the way I related to anxiety, and also how I communicated with people, especially my romantic partner. We will be studying this exercise in the context of how it can help transform your anxiety in your relationship into spaciousness, profound love, and stellar communication.

Curriculum

This course is a deep study on a practice called Consciousness Exercise (a practice developed by Christian Meyer and taught to me by Stefi Preiss) applied in the context of relationship anxiety.

The lessons will be dripped out week by week and are not published yet.

Week 5: Consciousness Exercise - transforming your communication

Week 6: Working with emptiness and the inevitable fear of loss



Your instructor

Natalie Kennedy is the founder and CEO of Anxious Love Coach. She is a relationship anxiety coach drawing from personal experience in the trenches of her beautiful relationship, as well as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Embodied Wisdom Facilitator, and certified Meditation and Yoga Teacher. 

She has spent thousands of hours working directly with hundreds of clients experiencing intense doubts in their relationships and helped them cross the other side.

Natalie lives in South America with her beloved husband, Preston, with a baby on the way!
